  1. heyloo every one,,,its been a while I posted but I have a good news to share,,,I applied my Rsms last year DEC 2012 Non drc ,but as the business I was working at got sold , so i had to Apply 190 along with RSMS. Fortunately I got my approval of 190 today,,,thanks a lot guys for support during the rough times, Its been a very emotional and stressful period . I wish every one best of luck cheerz

Hey guys can anybody plz tell me how can I check my status online, I kind of know we have to enter our TRN no online on Immi site,, but it requires a password,, should I ask my password from my agent and also I do have my acknowledgement letter,that only contains my TRN,lodgement date and grant of bridging visa etc ,,.????
  5. u need to see a new lawyer again,,, im sure u mit be able to apply for state sponsorship mate,,I think u get like 30 points if ur between 25-30 and rest r ielts experience points ,,and 1 more thing when state is sponsoring you,,that also counts for points ,,,

  7. so with skill assessment u mean u have full skill assessment or just provisional,,have you been through job ready program,,anyway if u have full skill assessment ,,i dont think so u need any cert 4 or two years experience,,,it covers it all,, and also if u have full positive skill assessment ,,just apply for state sponsorship I reckon perth is offering , as u previously told ur rcb got rejected,,no offense ,why waste money on rsms visa then..??
  8. No they have actually ran out off visa's,,they have actually crossed the limit,,,and for now the visa they r issuing are from ENS quota....

My friend was asked for a EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT UPDATE before his visa was granted,,in other words that the position is still vacant for next two years,,, I have copy of that updated contract ,,he to applied last year,,and took almost 11 months to get the visa,,, herez d copy of the contract,,, and yea they dont call it a new contract ,,its just an update of last one Private and Confidential Tuesday 30th April 2013 Dear Mr. xxx, xx Hotel Motel Ltd is pleased to confirm the ongoing offer of employment to you as a Cook. That thing doesnt matters mate..even I have applied just like you(im on 485 aswell) in the new visa category 187 rsms and my lawyer made it sure that I had one of the above things I mentioned you before,I think you should do the cert 4 ,,its just not worth the risk mate and its really easy the way like a limbo explained before...
  11. Yes mate according to new rules u either need cert4 or two years full time experience in ur field or if u have got full assessment of your course ,if you dont have none of these its better just do the Cert 4 as the way LIKE A LIMBO RECOMMENDED CHEERZ

  20. 485 doesnt needs ur bloods test like that fr AIds,,,for Rsms u need to go through all of dem,,

It looks like they will no longer show the current processing period so we will never know how far are they on allocating cases. We will just have to rely on updates from the members ...so please post any updates you receive. PS: It was also made clear that they are not obliged to reply on our e-mails. =x ***excerpt from the auto-response email*** We will no longer be publishing allocation dates by processing centre as we are using a number of strategies to manage the caseload more efficiently.
