Gotyaaa,,thx mate..I was Just wondering my application was lodged electronically and I was certain they will ask fr more documents and also I did applied through RMA..well I applied in Dec 2011 and High Risk, Non drc...that will take ages to open I reckon.

Hey mate I just Read ur Time line(Illegimate convict) As u said u applied on 20 oct 2011 and U already have Pr ,,It means U applied E visa ,,So did immigration asked for many documents ,as u can only attach limited paperwork online and can I also ask ur trade. Cheerz(

one of my friends student via was cancelled and he filled Mrt and even his mrt got cancelled he then applied the last chance through ministry or sumthing,,,during the wait period he also got job and filled his sponsorship ,,he got his residency early last year,,and his citizenship is due in april,,its funny but u never know what gonna happen,,even genuine cases get rejected,,this is where destiny and fate matters..

Has the New management also changed the name of ur restaurant???,,,I reckon if u jus get a new contract frm dese ppl and send it to immigration it mit help,,,the immi ppl wil delay ur file jus to observe ,,how u wrk wid the new employer,,,

Ask the new management if they can give you work,,,and if yes,,,then do inform the immi about change of management...and also yes ur 485 visa will stil stay ,,evn if u withdraw ur file,,,
