    okie so this means ur going to apply frm the same employer but different venue this time,,Am i correct?? tat sounds good ,,,but why dont u apply MRT and still go on applying ur new case,,MRT will jus help u stay longer in the country and fight for it,,,Second have you thought of clearing JRP job ready program from TRA,,,if ur skills are accessed I reckon u can easily apply for state nomination,,,Cooks are now getting back in demand in all states.l.

    one of my friend she applied as a cook,,and evn d employer dint do much advertisement she still got her RCB bt on her RCB advice they mentioned that advertisement wasnt done or something like that,,,she applied pre july and still waiting fr CO

    Can u tell me when is ur 485 expiring second Im pretty sure u can attain 6 each again in IELTS if needed so dont think about that,,,U have to make sure that u need to stay in the country to apply ur next visa,,,so when is ur 485 expiring and also have u applied MRT frm the last application...

    Direct Stream is mostly for students or offshore applicants,,,,and above they mean is that there is anodr subclass I think 457 and those ppl cant apply as a direct entry,,, Those ppl are mostly already wrking with the employer on a temperory working visa,,if they want to apply RsMS they have other way to do it..not direct entry,,apparently those ppl dont evn need a RCB

    yup ielts is mostly from all HR countries,,,and under SA new guidelines u need a lot more then advertisement,,eg sakes like a letter of recommendation from the union your employer is working under..few more,,

    Hey guys as every1 knows that There was a big rush of application pre july,,,but what do u reckon are the main changes that came after July... One for I no its Ielts and second Ive seen in south Aus its more harder to get RCB under new guidelines,,,,so guys frm other states ,,,what are ur suggestions(whats happening in ur state)???

And also what do u think would be the effect of elections scheduled in 2013 and what if Tony Abbots Liberal comes and takes over,,,???
