yes, Indeed I would never suggest anyone working more then 20 hours anywhere,if u have applied RSMS and ur on student visa,,,and u should be only wrking dose twenty hours at the place you got sponsored.

well yes u can apply for masters and when u get ur PR u can withdraw ur studies,,and even if ur student visa doesnt gets accepted u can lodge an MRT against it ..wid this u can stay in d country..and let ur RSMS go through...well dis is jus a thought I would suggest u to see a lawyer.

or you can apply for student visa again but the only thing will be ,,u would be limited to 20 hours a week,,,and u can still stay wid ur employer..

under the new RCB rules (South Aus) its jus next to impossible to get an RCB Advice only,,and after that Diac wants more and more clarifications ,, its just crazy...!!

Ive noticed that Diac askin for NEED FOR A PAID EMPLOYEE – Reg 5.19(4)(a) Isnt this thing covered by RCB in there 1404 form... If u clearly see on the second page of this document,when you get the advice. why is that Immi ppl askin for the same thing again?? 1404.pdf 1404.pdf

Hey blossom,,,yes I am using an agent I will talk to him regarding this issue. Can u also clarify regarding what is the requirement for the study . I have done cert 3(commercial cookery) then diploma and further advanced diploma in hospitality manag. I have heard under new rules they require cert 4 or two years of experience ..Is this correct??

yupp...I understand that but when the new employer comes,,there comes the new ABN for the company do I need to inform Immi for all these changes. thx again

Hi I applied for my Rcb from Adelaide in the new rules that is after july and got my approval in Nov 2012 and then I lodged my application for nomination and visa in December 2012. The issue I might be facing is that my employer wants to sell the business,that might work out in next three months. Can anyone plz tell me where do I stand in case the employer sells the business and the new employer still wants to keep me. I applied as a cook. thx
