Aa you told me to stay in touch since i lodged the same day as you but my medicala Pcc ,AFP was already submitted . They did not ask me additional documents . Try to email them . It worked for me t

I think it is quite reasonable to understand why this platform is called as a forum;people share their own experiences timeframes,details about their background on their visa applications and the final outcomes by the immigration and share them as an example to people trying to have a better way of understanding what is going on around e.g.And none of them are professionals either.One hears from another or experience it and spread the words to us!! i dont think it has nothing to do with RCB. we get our RCB done from absolute other department .it is 4.5 months all toghther with majority of files it could be longer if we have any complications .

PCC is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. !! So if you have done it in sep 2014 it's valid till sep 2015 so I don't think so the department will need another PCC , it doesnot really matters even if ur staying in that country after getting your PCC done , it's just ur PCC should not be more than one year during your PR grant ,hope it helps !! Thanks for your reply. I am actually here in Australia. Applied Onshore. As I have stayed in another country before coming here. I had to apply PCC's for home country and then the country I stayed previously and then Australian.

According to what my agent said , I am sure your visa would get approved if ur Medicals and character requirement ie PCC are satisfied , the CO will straight away approve your visa , hoping to get a good news from you soon !! Pls keep updating !!

Do you think they can ask another set of PCC's because it's been a while now. I haven't left the country from the date I apllied PCC. If you think, I can get it done before they ask.

The CO rejected my friends nomination only and not visa saying it's been run by franchise , anyway he applied through mrt and got visa granted , I am also sailing in the same boat as you , have you also applied through franchise ? If you don't mind can you pls tell me ur occupation cuz I applied as retail manager in dominos and waiting for the nomination approval .. All the best for your visa !!!

i think immigration is still finishing their files from November. i think it does not really matter if you apply for your visa after your nomination is approved.BY looking at majority of peoples timeline everybody get their visa in 4.5 months.But since your nomination is approved you can call immigration and check with them. i hope it helps. i ll be finishing my four months on 12 of april.I might give them a call as well.
