Am Shiffu. First of all Merry Christmas!!

I have received my nomination on 6th this month. Applied for 187 on 11th. PCCs and all other documents were submitted with the application.

Medical has also been done on 18th. So from my side there is like nothing left. Do you have any roughly idea how long it will take.

Hello Jerry, It takes upto 3 months. If CO asked further documents then may take few more weeks. Good Luck.

As u said CO might be on holidays. But how can they delay the work. Am going to apply visa tomorrow or day after. Strange that I have applied nomination in June and still struggling.

Thanks for your reply. My question was that is it normal time frame or do I have to chase the case officer? .

In further documents they only asked company agreement with head office. seems like they taking so long to read the agreement.

Docs submitted 8 Oct. Still waiting for nomination. Haven't applied visa. Bit stressful. I would really appreciate your reply.
