one of my friend's friend who applied in march got case officer as well.. he told me that he had applied in march end.. so yeah march files are on roll at the moment... when will they start may files??? have to keep reminding myself to be patient.. frustrating though..

seems like RSMS 187 is slower than 186 as on another thread i have seen 186 applications lodged in april getting approved already and on here people are still waiting from feb for 187, it seems bit unfair, as on status email from immigartion we get same allocations dates for both visas on reply.

how would we know if they have received the results.

normally it takes about 7 to 10 days to get updated.

if you have an immi account then you can check it from there if they have received it then it will be written there that this person's health has been finalized.

hello Ajv they asked employee contract, some docs related to nominating company and my most recent resume.

Hi guys i emailed immi department on friday and got response yesterday and they told me that my migration agent requested for an extension on 16th april and my 28days finished on same day ...they granted extension till 15th may now and i talked to my employer and he said bcoz he was overseas couldnt submit the documents within 28days but he has already submitted them now ...what are chances of hearing news guys? 28th day is on 15th may ...stressed out !!

hi its ok to take extention once, and also if they have already sent documents i think it will be good to ring the person who requested docs to let them know you have done your part so that they can start looking at the docs and make decision,

how you counting 28 days from the date initially u were asked docs or from the date asked extention.

but i think MA should inform them, thats what i fell.

Thanks for your reply. We haven't recieved like your email but we have got aknnowledment which is like an automatic reply from immigration which I hope they accept as proof. It shows the date and time and TRN.

hi if you received acknowledgment email with date and time and TRN i think its a good enough to show that documents were submitted from you as well recieved from immi, i guess case office didnt attach those docs to ur file or something like that,

but dont worry at the end it should be fine.

Hi everyone,

After 6 months waiting I have heared the bad news. My nomination is refused due to not sufficent information . The additional documents request on 18 th March and all submitted to case officer on 27th March by MA. Apparently the case officer hasn't received them and when MA called her to check the progress she mentioned that. Again on 16th April before ending 28 days MA submitted to the case officer but she didn't receive them again.

Now my MA is invited for comment on refusal and he has got both acknowledgments from immi, hope they accept otherwise my file will be cancelled. Please pray for me, I am so worried ?

we also emailed additional documents with TRN no as subject and on second day we received emaiul from immi that they have received docs and will attched to original application, did you any email like that as well,

what i heard about it that if you applied both visa and nomination together ..same CO will look after both ur file but if both applied different date even next date ,different CO will look after..

my nomination applied 25 th nov and visa applied 26 th nov so i got diffrent CO

Could please tell us where did you apply if parramatta what team were u allocated too.

i applied paramatta team 2 any guess how long they take to request medicals once after the nomination is approved.

my nomination has been approved on 28th April just waiting for medicals now, really this waiting period is very stressful. hope they ask for medicals this week. anyone in same situation??????

hi, immi also asked my employer for additional docs second time, first docs were submitted on 8 april then they asked few more docs i dont know what were those docs, but it was related to business i guess, and my employer submitted on same day 26 april , on third day 28 april nomination was approved, so mine was approved two days after submission so shouldn't be long for you too,

so batter to do it before CO ask

when CO allocate they only look your file once and ask for extra document if needed or grant visa

would be batter if you do it before, if they ask that means you have to wait for medical after that he gonna approve your visa.

hi asked my MA if she can give HAP id to have medical done but asked mt to wait unlesss we are contacted back by immigration itself,

i know once they will ask medical then i will have it done from india (takes few days here to get panel doc appointment)and then decision will be made it will lengthen the process but looks like it doesn't matter to her she said we have to go the way immi ask we cant push them around.

im really stressed, can i drop immi an e-mail myself and ask suggestion for medicals to be done yet or not.
