Bro i just told u half thing nd u are in shock ......you know he scared me totally today ......he told me that at the time of co uppraisals they refuse maximum cases nd i asked him the reason .....you know what he told me ....when co refuses the case it means that he properly checked each nd everything thats why he found something wrong nd he refused it .......nd that co will get good upraisal or package bcz he is doing his job properly ......what the hell ......from that time i was thinking again nd again abt that thing .......why all the bad things in immi are coming in fromnt of me ......i know that nothing will happen but still you know i cant forget that thingggg .......i m praying to god pls give us approval as soon as possible neither i will be mad by thinking that type of stupid thing happens in immi

some of them very corporative so keep calling hopefully a gentleman will answer the phone and you will be fine I had good experience with male compare to femlae on the phone.

Wow man thats a longwait and yes quite frustrating as calling them means waiting on hold for loooooong time. Enjoy now forget the pain for few days (only) though remember the hard journey tell your kids take sceenshots of forum lol and show them the pain you went through.

I gave them call few time this week I knew without ring them status going to be same for 28 days bro.

Yes I have rang them few times this week, especially today I hanged up the phone and one minute latter got notification email that status has changed.

nomination 18th july approved 4th march.

documents requested 27th january 2016 submitted 30th january.

visa 19th july approved 11th march.

I was on holiday for 2months in my country and I stayed there longer than 28 days that's why I have to have injection it's not for every country.

Cause you are checking for visa application he has opened you nomination case only your visa case officer is not allocated yet when he will allocat the status will automatically change hope this will help.

My status still shows application received but my ma told me ca request for document of training so y is still show application receive

I know just realised now that I should have found a better migration agent but can't do nothing now, hopefully it will not take monre than 2 weeks.

I have checked everyone got it result in 20 days, wonder why it's taking long trust me it's not fair my agent forgot to upload the documents and I am paying for that ****.

For me it took 50 days, but not for all cases.

Submitted documents around 24 days ago, still no action anyone knows how many days they take normally?

no there's many but don't worry we gonna get it soon.

Nomination & visa 28 July 2015

My agent forgot to upload business documents financial report last year and tax return last two years.

I have submitted all the documents day before don't know how much time they are going to take some agents trust me rubbish, my agent has made mistakes and I will have to pay for it.

It varies completely. When my company was asked for extra docs for nomination, they said to me that there was no rush (I basically had to submit all supporting documentation as the ex-business manager had just sent the form...) and they wouldn't look at the file for 28 days. But for my visa I was telephoned and asked to re-upload a corrupted pdf, the email which came at about the same time gave me 7 days to reply, I replied in about 180 seconds, literally, and got my visa about 10 mins later.

How many days after they respond once we submitted the requested documents?

1 week or over 28 days?
