my migration agent has sent her a email that it's valid and yes she asked for overseas police cert.

Are they asling for pcc from overseas or federal police clearance. Sometimes they just ask for it despite they know its valid I guess.

The issue date that mention on the cert is sep 2015 I am sure she just did not check it properly.

Check the original clearance isdue date. Immi accepts pcc or npc with 1 year validity from date it was issued.

just police check that I already has attached but I am confuse that it's a valid police clearance and she has written that it's expired one.

Hi all, Just got call from MA that my PR is approved! 6.5 months waiting finally came to close. Phew! I'd say people in WA center are angels. Thank you all for your support and help along the way!

So they keep asking for my licence and I am still waiting for it! Will email my CO back with explanation.

My agent told me not to cancel that's why I did not apply for medicare card.

Hi guys, yes off course you can cancel your private health cover as long as you get your self registered with medicare and get a reciept (card will be sent in 5 10 working days). Once you apply for visa immi sends the info to medicare. I have got interim card and i dpoke to immi and confirmed the info. Go for it stop paying too much

No it is illegal brother, we can not cancel till we get the permit residency this is what my migration agent told me when I ask same question.

Ya you are right and there 99% cases got positive reason so, it's just matter of time and already many of us has waited for 3 to 4 years so I guess it's not end of the world, let's wait for one more month hopefully most of us will get it in january I recon.

I do not want as I cannot see delays. They said that 75% PRs will be ready in 6 months and this is what we have here. I recon that there is no reason to complain if you wait approx. 6 months. And if they ask for some docs and you have 28 days to attach them to your application, it is 6 months+28 days = 7 months. Easy!

 

Of course I am not happy of that but there is not IMMI's fault. That is what I think.

No one wrong they have **** of loads so that's why it's taking long and we did not expect before that it will take this long, but we can not do anything except waiting even if we will complain they have a solid reason for example holidays. I only know one thing one day we all going to get PR, cause they have to be worried more than us as they slow, there's more files gonna be in the queue, let's hope for best.

you are absolutely right but he is not wrong as back days it was easy to get migration agent license many of unreliable people has got license and doesn't know much about the immigration laws and regulations and has opened the offices. As I have seen & heard many of boys cases negative result and also visa refused just because of agents poor advised.

Take it easy bro It's matter of time, I have seen many here stress out but eventually, none of them had bad news from immigration side and got PR. they are taking time but at the end we all going to get Finger crossed):

July? Mine's June. Didn't hear a word from them.. I am so stressed out.

Not really my one going to expire next month, they have nothing to do with validity of passport as per my knowledge.

Can anyone please confirm/share reference to validate this info? I tried looking at IMMI website, couldn't find it
