I am on 457 and I visited my home country.

I don't think so cause I just came back from overseas before week and my agent did not tell me anything like that.

I just came back before two weeks I was not here for two months but you must have 457 visa or alternative bridging visa.

It's over a year I don't think that immi take this long for an ENS case must be something wrong, you guys better contact immi directly and find out why is taking so long. I can't believe that last year august 2014 case still hasn't heard any thing from the immigration.

Hi' If the wife is not with husband in Australia and did not add in the 186 visa still she need a medical? even she has done the medical when apply for visa in the february 2015 ?
