I've been following this thread for a while and just wanted to share that my 186 visa (direct entry) has just been granted today.

 

The nomination and visa application are both done on 02/07/15. No correspondence made and the processing team appears to be NSW.

I think you better wait and don't withdraw the case see what future hold hopefully it's matter of time you will get it end of this year or start of the january.

very quick question .. I have already applied my nomination and visa in 25 July 2015. I heard that my boss is trying to sell his business and he is hoping to sell his business in very soon, most probably in beginning of the year. What should I do ? Should I withdraw my application or inform to DIAC? or waiting for outcomes ? any idea and any suggestion .. please help me ..

Hi all, i just got thru 131881 and got to know my case has been allocated to a team(unknown). So i presume all June applications are with co now. Just be a bit more patient...

Why is that?

you must have bridging visa I guess till they make decision.

I don't think so cause I just came back from overseas before week and my agent did not tell me anything like that.

It's over a year I don't think that immi take this long for an ENS case must be something wrong, you guys better contact immi directly and find out why is taking so long. I can't believe that last year august 2014 case still hasn't heard any thing from the immigration.

Hi guys wodering if anyone can help me figure something out my frds applied for ENS last year in August still they are waiting and their MA and employer keep telling them that there application is with the immigration and there is nothing they can do, does immigration really took this much time and still no decission.
