My MA told me if we called Immi so many times regard our file and emailed them

 

Immi put file away and it will become suspicious for them that's why in some cases Immi take more then 6 month

 

Plz tell me if its true ?

Wouldn't Surprise me. Would depend how many times and if you gave them File Info.

My status is also changed application recieved to recieved what does that mean

my nom n visa 12th jan both the file opened yesterday

How do u know ur file was opened?

How long is it usually after the file is opened if no docs are needed?

Do they get a statutory 2 weeks off at the end of June. Seems so never seen so little in the way of approvals. SOO frustrating.

6 months yesterday. Now the wait begins.

Two weeks ago I called IMMI asking about my nomination, they told me I cannot have any info for that part. Then my employer called, they said we need contact authorized agent which is my MA. MA said will send inquiry letter. No news till now, this is a football game. :no:

I would ask your company to contact immi directly ask for another update. Your business can get updates too as its their application

365 days from today! Anyone could give advise I want a lawyer involved now.

Did you apply through MA. Highly doubt a lawyer would get involved.

Has your company nomination been accepted maybe they got declined and didnt tell you? What is the status of your application?

Only thing you can really do is chase your MA or CO.

It is showing allocating the nov files but I applied in October no news yet..

Occupation? High Risk or Low Risk country?

Has your company got Nomination accepted or is it all submitted same time?

I wonder if there is a website that tells you how many applications they receive per month? anyone know?

Document request on: 06/06/2016.

Nomination and Visa Approval Date:07/06/2016

Discovered this site today. Quite interesting and morale boasting for people who needs to be patient like us. My timeline is 457 to 186, nomination lodged on 8/11/2015. VISA lodged 23/12/2015. Nomination approved on 16/05/2016. Visa- additional info for health check ( wasn't aware that I couldn't generate hap Id after lodging the application). Health check submitted in 27/05/2016. Waiting patiently now. I have heard after submitting the addition info they still have to wait months.... Good luck everyone

I have a question regarding to 186 visa training fee. If the company I am working for did not pay enough training fee, will the immigration office reject my 186 application directly ? or they will contact my agent ask us to provide more information?

I think the employer will be asked to provide more info. If they cannot the Employer nomination will be rejected is my understanding.

They quota thats for sure. By the looks of the sheet and getting delayed i believe that they might be running out of this year quota. 

Stay Positive mate. Have you tried to contact your CO?

Not sure how true this is to be honest. They still have to keep working and the quotas also apply to responding to application within 6 months.

I wouldnt read too much into it at the moment. If it is another few months it is frustrating but nothing we can do about it.

Should be any day now. Is there a way on the website to check if you have been allocated a CO?
