We are seeing a fair few approvals in Nov so keep the faith.

You cant its a seperate application.

You could add it into your account if you have the TRN but generally the MA or company will not give this.

Yes me we will be waiting for at least another 6-8 weeks they have only just started October.

Some lucky Nov in there too but I would set expectation of at least 6 weeks

If you have recipricol health care (UK has this) this should not be needed.

When you get residency then you will have to get it is my understanding.

Perfectly normal - If you have gone through a Migration Agent you can request an update as 6 months have passed. Although some Migration agents will just say wait.

- Evidence of your relationship with your spouse (also if the marriage certificate was attached?!)

- police check for me and my wife (also if we are here in Australia a bit less than one year, but when they will process the additional documents will be probably more than one year)

I just went through something similar and our company ABN DID change.

My PR was delayed as we had to reapply for 457 (Move it to the new company)

Then we could apply for the PR. As advised by our MA.

I am 3 months behind now.

Hi VINNYRUSSELL, the new company will get a new abn. My job will not change. My employer current is sole trader, and he will be the new company's director and shareholder. Does the new company need to apply 457 sponsorship and nomination again? Or I can lodge a new186 nomination and visa at the same time? I. Already work for my employer for2 and a half.years now.

Ok guys. I called DIBP. The lady picked up the phone seems to be very nice. She said the processing time now is 8 months, not 6. They are now looking at the September files. She checked my reference number and said it still has not been opened yet!!!! I reckon there is still one more month in front of me.

Unfortunately they are still working on late Sep files

Really confused how this works. How are people getting approvals in Nov Dec then?

Must be all of Sept split up one CO got a easy batch and was able to move to the next load maybe.

Wow, Have you put a call in to check they havent forgot you? I heard a case ages ago where by a CO was working on some applications and left his job and some of those applications got lost in the system.
