    Hi,

i am following this forum for quite a while now.. and was not able to see any pattern in the processing time once the nomination was approved.

    or do i oversee something?

i was hoping that once the nomination is approved that someone is looking into he visa application as well.. which would make sense.

    my status:

    Occupation: ICT Manager (Grandfathering)

    State: NSW

    Birth Country: LR

    Stream: 457 -> 186 TRT

Employer Nomination lodged: 11 September 2018

Employer Nomination approved: 15 February 2019

Visa lodged: 24 October 2018 (via MA)

    IMMI Status: Received

it is just over half a month,  be patient.

Hi everyone, can any one help me regarding case office is asking the relationship between me and my employer as we both from same country, same city and my employer got citizenship 4 years ago but accidentally at the time of his PR application the work experience which he has submitted to the immigration is from same company which i got but years is different. Now immigration want us to prove that their is not relationship between us and need to respond in 7 working days. So, anyone in this forum have any kind of knowledge regarding how to respond to immigration? Please help.

it is easy to prove that you are connected, however it is difficult to prove that you are irrelevant. So maybe it is better focus that your working time during the same company has no intersection.

Co didn’t required anything for visa file as everything was already submitted (file was decision ready)just recent documents were requested for nomination only ,my MA was expecting PR grant with the nomination approval after submitting requested docs but they took another 6 days after nomination and CO was different for visa

but if Nomination n visa lodgement time is same they won’t take much time then few weeks

maybe trt is faster? For de I have already uploaded additional files 20 days ago. still waiting.....

    Hello,

    Visa granted yesterday.

RCB and visa applied Feb 2018.

    Nomination approved: Feb 5th 2019.

    Visa granted Feb 26th 2019.

PS: the visa approval took one week more because my son's passport was expired. Once uploaded in the system, the grant came on the same day.

See you all around. Keep walking and do not give up.

Thank you all for the infos during this time of processing.

DE or other stream?  and what do u mean by "one more week" 5th to 26th is 22 days.

My MA suggested this one year ago to proceed with the application even with less than 3 years of experience (considering the ACS assessment).

I have more than 10 years of experience but the Department is relying only on ACS, so I don't have choice.

Tricky that nomination was approved.  However the next co holds a different point of view.

    not lucky enough

    Hey guys,

I'm into a very tricky situation. I applied my visa on 14/02/2018 as Web Developer, when I lodged the visa my ICT skills assessment from ACS was showing 2 years 5 months of experience (it doesn't match with the Department requirements that is 3 years of experience, my agent neither me noticed this). I have more than 11 years of experience in total, but looks like the Department only consider the experience after my Bachelor Degree(without counting the experience after the lodge).

I can see few options here:

    - Try to submit a new assessment once again to ACS with the same Bachelor Degree (applying today I will get more than 3 years of experience, but I'm not sure if the Department will accept it)

    - Try to submit a new assessment once again to ACS using my Technologist certificate from 2009 (not sure if they will accept it)

    - Withdraw the application with the same documents starting from month zero once again

The main thing here is that I lodged the visa with less than 3 years of experience.

Do you guys see any other option? What do you guys reckon should be the best option?

The new rule started from 18 March 2018. So for ur case this should not be a problem unless you applied a little bit late than that date

Thanks everyone, in terms of the MA we used a law firm based in the Perth -  Cant say a bad word. I will keep you all posted on the child care subsidy, It appears i have to get a centrelink reference as first point of call. So off to one of the offices this afternoon, once i have that i can do everything else on line.

    MA Info below

    Squire Patton Boggs (AU)

    Level 21, 300 Murray Street

Hey, I noticed that WA last year announced that they are no longer remote area in OZ. It that true? so it that still possible to apply for 187 in WA?

    Cheers.
