Freckleface
I'm not sure what rules there are in the UK but you can't smoke in enclosed public places in Aust. In addition they have either banned (or have been talking about banning) smoking in cars with children in them. There are restrictions in place on some outdoor areas as well - for instance some office buildings only allow staff to smoke in back or side alleys etc
Guest AKA63029
Virtually exactly the same over here Freckle. As a smoker I don't really have a problem with it TBH.
tisme
Some beaches in WA are also no smoking too. Not allowed to smoke in a car if there's a minor in it. $75 fine in WA for tossing your butt.
