We'll be staying there for 2 weeks while looking for a permanent rental either there or in Castle Hill. We are a family of 4, me (40) wife (30) and 2 daughters 7 and 4. We would love to meet up and make new friends for meals, coffee, beers and general socialising. I've just joined a couple of forums today as we've just been granted our visa and i wanted to get chatting with some people about what to expect etc. we'll be heading to glen waverley approx 4 weeks after you've arrived. hope you get settled in ok and get some response to your post! NorthernbeachesMum Posted October 10, 2012 Share Posted October 10, 2012 Hi, we are on the northern beaches so i dont know any places to eat or drink in the hills district. I think its fairly quiet for night life as the couple of friends i've got out there tend to go to the city or eastern suburbs for meals out etc. Good luck on your move, the hills are great for families with lots of good schools.
