We also failed with TRA at the first attempt when we did the paperwork ourselves. We hired an agent after 6 months of debating whether to try again and were gutted to get a unsuccessful letter....... our agent phoned the TRA to appeal and we then had to send more paperwork and after 2 weeks the magic succesfull outcome result. TRA is very stressful but in their defence they are very, very thorough! I reckon I must have photocopied 200+ documents and had around 60+ certified! Hopefully once you get the letter you can find out what other documents they need and then resubmit within the deadline to avoid having to start the whole process again from scratch. Good luck!
