The thing you should be aware of regarding Geoffrey Nathan is that they need paying..

 

They charge the employer a hefty salary percentage for the sponsorship arrangement and they also charge you a percentage deducted from your salary.

 

Any employer you found would need to be very keen to get you because it will cost them much more than employing anyone else.

 

There are also minimum salary requirements.
