If it is Spurs***, go down to the Triple Aces Bar for the game against Newcastle Utd at 1145pm. I am hoping to be back in the city in time to watch it. *** You could always PRETEND to be a Spurs fan! MARYROSE02 Posted February 9, 2013 Share Posted February 9, 2013 I had a great night in the end - Italian meal, then ice cream and coffee in Leichhardt, watched Spurs v Newcastle Utd at the Triple Aces - great atmosphere with loads more people able to come for an 1145 kick off, then finished off at the Strawberry Hills, one of my fave pubs in Surry Hills. Stay out of the CBD on a Friday/Saturday night - stick to the inner city 'burbs - Surry Hills, Newtown, Glebe, Balmain, Paddo, Darlo - but the city is full of too many tossers.
