I have also submitted an EOI (skillselect) and I am likely to get an invitation in next month round. Kindly advise me whether I should sign a 5 years contract in Dubai? Does such job contract have any effect on the outcome of Australian Immigration process? Do they reject the applications because of such bonding taken by the employer? Thank you. But why would you do both i.e. apply for an Australian visa and take a 5 year contract in Dubai at the same time? Why not decide which you want to do and do it.
