Guest Posted June 12, 2013 Share Posted June 12, 2013 It might help to narrow it down to a city I'm not aware of anywhere particular in Perth - there is a Highland Gathering each year, Caledonian Society, St Andrew's Society catering for traditional Scottish entertainment but no bars that I know of.
