Cancelling partner visa, how long to leave Australia

My friend was in a genuine relationship with an Aussie resident. Went to immigration, did the de-facto thing and she has been placed I think on a bridging visa whilst they wait (it has been nearly 18 months since they lodged paperwork).

So she arrives back from visiting home, their relationship is over and she has a job in the Middle East, air hostess, flying (paid for by the airline) in about 3 weeks.

Here lies the problem.... they have to attend a meeting with immigration a few days after she gets back to Aus. Should she be honest and will they give her 28 days to leave or will she have to leave sooner?

Thanks.

If they are no longer in a relationship they need to be truthful as visa can be cancelled years later. She will likely get 28 days to sort something out if she wants to stay or leave. Likely best to withdraw the application as this will not affect future applications unlike if visa was refused. But if the visa is refused she would have review rights if it was lodged in Australia. But no sponsor no visa, but could stay in Australia while review was being processed. But with her new job she may struggle getting bridging visas to go in and out of Australia.

Sorry I have just realised I have made a mountain out of a mole hill. She is leaving Aus for good, she has just got a few 3 period where she arrived back from her holiday back home and when the airline fly her to Middle East (where she will live and work for the rest of her time). No interest in continuing the visa.

All I need to ask is - if they withdraw their application for a visa, how long does she have to leave the country?
