Steph1
Please, please, please, can someone help me??? My hubby has been offered a job with a salary package of $85,000 inclusive of superannuation. Can anyone tell me how much he will actually be paid each month (or annually as I'll just divide by 12) after the super goes out and tax? We will be on a 457 visa and living in Brisbane. thank you from a very confused person

NickyNook
If the $85k includes 9.25% superannuation you need to deduct it to work out your real salary for some pay calculators. So 85000/109.25*100 = 77803. 77803 will be the actual salary. Works out at $59,802.96 pa net of tax.
