jameskristie
Hi, Basically my story so far, i had started making efforts to secure my own state sponsored 190 visa, i have taken the ielts & was about to start getting my skills assessed for aqf3 , then i got the call from an Australian company willing to sponsor me on a 457. What i'm thinking of doing is accepting the 457 but in the meantime continuing trying to secure the aqf3, my thinking behind this is while i'm still here in the u.k it makes gathering evidence for the aqf3 easier and when i'm in oz this can then be assessed by tra. I'm thinking this is probably the best plan?? Anyone see any holes in this? While I'm over on the 457 is there anything to stop me applying for 190? kind regards, James
