kk123 Posted May 29, 2014 Share Posted May 29, 2014 I know that there is a 5 year limitation on people who have been sponsored as a partner to be able to re-sponsor someone else again (1.20J) but does this apply to secondary applicants as well? For example George sponsors Mary on a partner visa. Mary also includes Sarah (her daughter) on the application. Is Sarah also barred from sponsoring someone for 5 years?
