Bridgeman
Can anyone recommend a removal company from Perth to Queensland and a rough cost? I have heard it is as expensive as shipping from the UK to Oz. In addition, just wondering if there is a company who will ship just a few boxes interstate. Freckleface
We move staff interstate and our company contract for pack, uplift and unpack removals is with TOLL. I haven't heard any complaints from HR about the service they provide but no idea how much the cost involved for your move would be.

It can be, but there is one way around it if you can be flexible with timing. Try googling "backloading Perth to .. .(whatever city you're going to)". A lot of companies transport goods across Australia, and they don't want to do the return trip with an empty truck. So they are always glad to pick up some freight for the return journey and will do it at cheaper rates.
jdizzle
We moved from Perth to Sydney. It was around $1200 for a 20ft container. Avoid ?£%# Storage at all costs they let me down massively. No point me ranting on but if you ever want to see your stuff again avoid them!
