Hi all,

 

I applied on 31st March so have just sneaked on this thread! Visa got granted today!

 

I'm delighted it only took 7 weeks, I think its true that all cases are different and there it no predictability as to when things may or may not happen. As you all know the application is the easy bit, the effort that goes into collecting and preparing all evidence is the biggest ask.

 

7 weeks from submission to approval but 2 years in the making. Had I front loaded meds, form 80 and PCC dare I say it would have taken 4 weeks! I cant grumble, I feel blessed. Good luck to all those who trawl these threads looking for positive reinforcement or answers to those questions that pop into your head a 2am in the morning, I know as I have been using these forums for two years to guide and support me through the process.

How have people applied for AHPRA without having a definite answer from ANMAC?

Engineering Australia Submitted : 13/02/2016

Outcome Received : 01/03/2016 ( Due to Fast track Application )

EOI submitted on : 01/03/2016 ( For Visa 189)

EOI received : 23/03/2016

File Submitted to IMMI : 01/04/2016

Case officer assigned : 21/04/2016 ( Asked for PCC , Medical and Form 80 ) GSM Adelaide

Documents submitted : 27/04/2016 ( 28 days time frame given which was ending on 19/05 )

Visa Grant : 25/05/2016.

Flying on : 15/07/2016 -- sydney
