The STSOL will no longer apply for ENS, RSMS and 457 visas after March 2018. Only occupations on the MLTSSL will apply for these visa sublcass. Are most of them Permanent Residents and/or Australian citizens? I guess this is also influencing on the scrutinity and eye the department is putting into this visas, especially DE one's.
