I did provide my police clearance to my ma at the beginning, but I reckon she didn't upload them, as I did not see them through my immiacount. While this year they were all expired,so I did them again. I don't think it s good sign as I saw plenty of people getting their visa without docs requested. I didn't even got my nomination approved yet... and my immi account showing status "received" it haven't change yet. Should I be worried about it? No mate. It doesn’t mean that is a good sign. Many people here have to the CO additional documents. Can you say what your job, when you applied and so on, please. thanks

Is there a chance that they only grant visa for applicant but not the dependant ? @HarryWong There is always a chance of an interview - My friends had also applied offshore. (their interview was back in their own country) As for the 2nd part of the question, no - if the visa is refused, it'll be for all applicants on the same visa application (including dependants). Ndomera
Guys got glitchy on my application, MA had submitted a nomination with a wrong occupation. Does that mean I am going back in the queue because I have been waiting for 12 for the nomination? Has anyone had a similar experience?

Waiting at the moment to get update/decision from immigration if they accept our response on incorrect answers. There's been few cases where MA makes a mistake - some refused but appealed and approved/overruled at tribunal while others have been allowed to correct the 'human' mistake. You can try and lodge an incorrect answer form and provide the correct TRN to see whether they will accept it. Unusually a change of TRN is not accepted, although it is usually associated with trying to attach the visa to a new nomination due to a refusal. As this was an honest mistake, they may accept it. Some professional advice and a professionally written response to the natural justice letter may be wise." You might be able to seek advice from him. Deh, thank you so much for the response. This is what has happened so far (in case this is useful for someone else): We responded to the email yesterday explaining the situation. This morning my partner and I went to the immigration office to ask questions about our options. They basically said that the team handling the case is the one that decides if they let us submit a Notification of Incorrect Answers form on the existing application or we have to withdraw and reapply. They also said that we can apply for a refund if we decide to withdrawn and "is reasonable" that they will give us the money back because the case seems like a legitimate human error. Hopefully is the first option

tuti
Hi all, In the spreadsheet there is a lot of people showing as "received" from before November/2017, what do you guys think if everyone that is from before Nov/2017 add a comment like "still waiting Mar/2019" so in that way we all know who is really waiting... otherwise for me just look like some people didn't bother to say what happened, left the country or any other thing could happened and looking at their "waiting" doesn't help us at all to have a real perspective of waiting times... specially in terms of an specific profession!! People that don't add any comment by the end of March we could just remove from the spreadsheet... Just an idea, let me know your thoughts... :) 3
