No update for nomination as well. Not sure whether it has something to do with applications from Vic? I have seen most applications progressing are from victoria. This immigration does not have any clarification of how they work. I got an offshore applicant too. That could be another scenario but I believe that has nothing to do with nomination. I think the offshore might have something to do with it, I have read they are prioritising onshore with borders closed. Yes nomination was super quick, seems a bit strange that your nomination isn’t cleared as I don’t see how offshore would impact that? I applied for AAT same time hoping file opens soon with positive outcome. Currently looking for agent who can handle these type of cases really frustrated with the process. Emix
Micgeo I can’t believe you visa is till not granted. They asked you for “position availability” ages ago. My Chef colleague had applied September 2019 and they just called our director 2 weeks ago asking if he is still employed and literally 1 hour later he got his PR granted.I’m same company as restaurant manager and mine file isn’t opened yet. I feel like re applying might get lucky this time with nomination and visa since they are opening quicker with positive outcome but the amount money is horrendous. NEED GUIDANCE SHOULD I WAIT AAT TO OPEN OR REAPPLY OR GO BACK HOME FOR GOOD.

Guest
Hi Guys and Girls, I applied for DE on the 4th November 2020, I'm onshore and waiting for some news. I was wondering if anyone knows what the waiting time was supposed to be when I applied? I presume the current 75% in 3 months and 90% in 6 months is for people that applied last month so not relevant to me? Or am I wrong about that? Is there any way to find out historical waiting times? Thanks!
