raaz08 Posted August 7, 2015 Share Posted August 7, 2015 Hi Tanya, The Case Officer emailed my migration agent asking for an amended contract - they wanted it to say exactly how much leave I'm getting and how many days sick leave rather than just saying 'statutory amount'. A colleague of mine used the same contract and was approved a few weeks ago so I must just have a picky case officer! I put my nomination and visa in together on 8th April. I think it is with NSW office but I'm not 100% because my MA is dealing with them so I haven't seen the correspondence, I am in Sydney. I think you'll get yours in a week or so...fingers crossed Hi Amy have you submitted the requested document that case officer asked for? my won't be ready until Monday, hope it won't effect my processing time.
