Danielle9
That's probably why your file has been allocated in 6 months then. Good luck with the police checks and the rest of your application Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

jstha
Is that mean this police check is only for QLD instead of whole Australia..?and immi request whole Australia police check? thanks!!! U need national police check. The one u provided is only for qld state. U and ur partner need to apply for nation afp asap. It can take one to two week by the time u will get the certificate in ur mail. It might take longer in some cases. Didn't ur ma told u what to do? Did u submit the same afp again? In the immi email u got mention clearly that u need national police check, state police check is not acceptable. Note: afp means Australian federal police certificate Edited September 23, 2016 by jstha

Damn thats might create some problem if u already clicked information provided. I suggest u to send email to immi. Reply email they sent u for requestion more documents and don't change the subject on the email. U need to do it asap. Mention that the documents provided is done accidently and disregard it and will provide new afp soon. And if ur living near the visa pese department where ur file is allocated go to their office and talk to them in person. Take copy of the email they sent u so they know who ur case officer is. The address for visa pese department is mention at the bottom of the immi letter on ur email And also u better write an statement letter and upload it on immi account. U can type on the computer or hand written on a plain A4 size paper. Just don't forget ur signature at the bottom and ur name. Mention everything that happened. blackfrangetta
Hi guys I have news. I spoke to a lawyer. He said if I apply for a new nomination within the 28days from the refusal I can then link my 187 visa to the new nomination. This process is quick ( couple of months). He made my day! I am going to hire him and suck my MA. He said we have enough time! Don't use a MA that screw your life use a lawyer!!!!! Are you on a bridging visa A? I was under the impression that if you lodge another application while on BVA you will go to a BVC which doesn't come with work rights but I could be wrong. jstha
Better than 12 months or more for an appeal Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk It depends what u think. Depends if the new employer is bigger than old one. If it's same employer then new nomination might be quicker than appeal. If it's new employer then see if he is capable in everyway. If u go for appeal think the reasons why It's refused and chances of getting approved thru appeal. Just my two coins
