sam777
From my understanding.... they are trying to refuse as much as they can. Problem is that they are not giving valid reasons for it. Of course everybody who got refused are going to appeal to tribunal and more time is gonna take, more money is gonna be spent, etc... AAT also takes ages to decide whether a visa should be refused or approved. Honestly, I don't know if I get refused what I am going to do. Seems unbearable just the way it is... imagine with visa refused....... better not think about it! Just think Positive always..Everything will be fine. Everyone visa will be approved. Don’t Stress and be panic... Stay Positive..[emoji4][emoji4][emoji1303][emoji1303] 1

Almost 22 months Hi Deza, Did you use an agent or do it yourself? This is our second application - we first applied in August 2015 and it was refused in March 2016. We had to withdraw our visa as the nomination was refused and we lost all the money Spoke with my agent today (I speak with her pretty much every day) and she has said that they are just issuing refusals whenever they feel like it at the moment - such a backlog, nothing is guaranteed

However whatever visa is granted first you should withdraw the other one
Halloween
Hi guys, Could you please help me with a doubt about the employee responsibilities after the 187 visa is granted? Is it possible for a 187 visa holder to work in a part-time position after the visa is granted? I checked the immigration website and I cannot find any information about the condition of a full-time job to keep the PR, only the necessity to work for at least 2 years after the visa granted. Thank you

So yeah, No gurantee what so ever. he suggested me talk to his associate agent and reviewed my case again and all the circumstance so i should start looking for other option before hand in case any thing happen. so i will be ready to choose what i have to do next........ i asked him, what is the immigration future, who is safe, student, skilled migrants etc. He clearly said there is no future for any one who so ever, regardless what ever visa they apply. Until unless government policy changed. Thanks

Will the judge stand for the immigration officers because they are all government servants? What are the grounds for visa applicants to stand??
