The result of the visa was not finalized in October 2018...it was finalized 15th Feb 2019. So this person should make up their mind when did they apply in 2017 or 2018 because if it's May 2018 to Feb 2019 is 9 months.

Visa and nomination applied may 2017, nomination approved October 2018, thats 17 months, visa granted on february 2019, total 21 months. This is to my own understanding. I have already submitted 2 years full time contract which will expire in July 2019.but employer doesn’t like to give full time job contract afterwards but a part time position. childcare group leader they may ask for evidence of current occupation and in that letter the owner/manager/director needs to specify the following: that the position is available for next 2 years, your duties, position etc. Even thou I submitted the full time contract without ending date, the OC still requested that letter. NT childcare SEP
Was it just a letter right ? I can get a letter anyway. My director still needs me , but owner says , there is no sponsership provided at the moment . But I’m confused when is technically sponsership begins? I have already worked full time 1.5years and at the moment I’m in maternity leave ( will be back to work within 3 months )

I applied Dec 2017 (NSW), visa and nomination at once, still nothing. Most of the Cafe Manager approvals I've noted are from around June/July 2017. There was only one I saw last week, I think it was from Feb last year. Lucky guy..
abegail0024
Hello, everyone! Just a quick question, can the nomination be done even before the sponsored employee reaches their 2nd year? or do we have to wait til 2 years and then be nominated? our visa was granted 12 April 207. Thank you.
