Congratulations...that's your ticket to freedom...now you can work for anyone...but stay in the same regional state. If you can't find employment in the same field then only you have to inform DOHA and move otherwise just work for any other employer.
Ruby Truong
Hi guys, it’s me again.. just wondering anyone who are waiting for around 28-30months and get refuse for nomination or visa?? I’m waiting around 28 months, and no news yet. We did send email to Immigration but no answer. Now, my MA suggest that I need to apply for visa 457 ( TSS) just in case my 187 fail.. because until now I have only 2 years full time experiences.. if I get 457 I will have one or two years full time experiences and then I can apply for new 187 ( new regional visas)

In my case, i sent an email to Immigration but just genral reply which explain about general processing time. nothing special. Is your sponsor's business small ? It looks like small business take longer waiting.

She might be an amazing lawyer but here it depends on luck... there are a few cooks/chefs who have got their visa's approved in 13-15 months and then there are other who have been waiting over 26 months. It all depends on how soon they open your file and who you get as a CO. First I thought it was only a matter of particular states getting approval sooner than others but that's not the case. Marketing and Cooking occupation generally taking the longest in approvals. Let us know when U get your visa - U seem to be lucky!!! All the best. 1
