Marle
Good day, I have a genetic disease called Spina Bifida and would like to know if that is enough reason for my Visa application to be denied. I have to apply for a 461 visa as my husband is a New Zealand citizen so he doesn't need to worry about a visa. Your input will be appreciated. Cerberus1
Hi Marle Have a quick look at It may be worthwhile running your case by a MARA registered migration agent, such as @Richard Gregan who deals with lots of cases involving medical conditions. Quoll
Yup, talk to an agent who specialises like Richard or George Lombard or Peter Bollard.
