Tuts Posted August 9, 2018 Share Posted August 9, 2018 Hi i am new today so not really sure if this is the right page !! i am trying to find out if I can visit my family in qld on a holiday visa .i had to return to uk and was unable to get back to Australia due to health reasons and my permenant residency ran out 5 years ago .i have been through several departments of immigration via email but keep getting sent to another and getting no where fast "can anyone out there help " Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

VERYSTORMY Posted August 9, 2018 Share Posted August 9, 2018 You can get a normal visitor visa, but be aware it may cancel any other visa. Or you could apply for a resident return visa which would reactivate you PR travel rights, though there is no gauruntee of grant and it may take longer.
