Your only option is a WHV (Working Holiday Visa), assuming you fit the age criteria.   It's easy to apply and takes only a few weeks to get it approved.  

Once you have it, you can work legally in Australia for twelve months.  However, you can only stay with the same employer for a maximum of six months, then you have to move on.

It's unlikely you'd secure a job before you leave, you'd need to arrive and then start looking.

Probably worth checking that Australia would recognise what you do now as I don’t think they will. They have certificate courses that carers (HCAs) have to do before getting work there, nursing assistants don’t exist there as far as I know. Certainly never came across anything similar in Victoria. They have Enrolled Nurses but again that is an accredited course. It may be you need to work in a different capacity.
