I got divorced my wife in July 2018 and I went offshore to get married another girl in October 2018. i updated all this in ImmiAccount by filling 1022 form. steveshe Posted December 4, 2018 Share Posted December 4, 2018 They must of changed the rules then since i done it as i had to prove i had been with him for 12 months . Having a joint bank account , bills , emails , photo's , letters ect in both names at least 12 months before i lodged the visa .
