Sere
A million dollars question: We have a 457 visa and with the grandfathering we are be able to apply for 186 The immigration agent told us that our position is an high risk one(customers service manager) He told us that will be better apply first for the company nomination and after for our part...that it will take longer but will be a better thing to do Why is that?whats chenge if we split in an half the application? VERYSTORMY
I imagine it is because a lot of nominations are being refused

VERYSTORMY
Lots. Common ones such as they don't believe the business has a genuine need to sponsor. Refusals have increased significantly across all categories

Your Agent is being honest with you and trying to save you money. The occupation of Customer Service manager is high risk, with a very high refusal rate. The Department does not like this occupation as it has been grossly miss used. If you lodge both the Nomination and Visa together and the nomination is refused, the visa will automatically be refused and you will lose all of the money you paid for the visa as well as the nomination. If you do it in stages, it does take longer, but you are not risking the money for the visa, if the nomination is refused. If you are prepared to take the risk and don't mind risking the money, lodge both at the same time.

Grandfathering has nothing to do with it. The Department has changed it's interpretation of what a Customer Service Manager does. Just because they approved the position for a 457 does not guarantee they will approve it for a 186. Unless you are a Customer Service manager for a very large organisation, the application is high risk.

How long it will take?i am worried that if we split in an half it will be like a red flag, like we are doing this because the position is not genuine instead the position is genuine,he also took a diploma here in Australia and he has been working for the company for almost 5 years

It is not possible for me to provide advice when I know almost nothing about your specific matter. The fact that they have a Diploma and working with the company 5 years has nothing to to with whether the position is consistent with the nominated occupation of Customer Service Manager.
