The court order him to be on a 9 months period behaviour. If they havent, then you dont need to worry. If they have, then if you have a relative that you are visiting, I suppose they could enquire of their local MP on your behalf though I would imagine that MPs have more pressing things to do than to pester an agency on behalf of a random potential visitor. If you read the comments carefully, you'll see that it's the Australian person you are visiting that needs to contact their MP, not you.
