Moran From LifeinAus Posted April 18, 2019 Share Posted April 18, 2019 Hi Biffa, It looks like you have a new nomination approval for a new employer, but you would like to stay with your current employer. A TSS visa has a 8607 condition which specifically says you should work "in a position in the business who nominated them in their most recently approved nomination" It means you would have to get a new nomination approval for the current employer if you don't want to breach the 8607 condition.
