Darrell
I am an Australian/UK dual citizen and have an adult daughter in the UK who is a UK citizen looking to get PR here. She is also a qualified accountant. I was wondering which would be the quickest and most cost effective visa class to use in this instance Also does my relationship to her make the process any more favourable? shaunfreo
If she is an accountant, she can apply for a skills assessment and if successful , she could apply for a visa , accountants are still on the skills list but need high points for an invite . And there is no quick or cheap way to do it Edited April 19, 2019 by shaunfreo
VERYSTORMY
Depending on which state you live and where in the state, she could apply for a 489 family sponsored stream which would give some extra points. However, it can be an issue career wise as it can mean she has to live and work in a regional area, but the definition of this ca be very different by state. She will though need to maximise points.
