KLE
Hi, I have been reading about ENS 186 cancellation everywhere. But I am still very confused. I was on old 457, and I have my ENS 186 Visa granted three months ago. I have been working for Queensland Health as a registered nurse for almost 4 years. Now I’m thinking of leaving Queensland Health and relocate to NSW Health or agency nurse. Should I be worried about the visa cancellation?? If I leave Queensland Health soon, will I lose ENS 186 permanent residence?? If it shouldn't be a problem, do I have to tell the department that I have left?? Thank you. Kind regards,
VERYSTORMY
Potentially yes. You signed an agreement to remain with the sponsor for two years. The sponsor could report you for visa fraud.
