My future partner has already a wife and three kids but live separately. will he need to include his ist wife in his application along with kids? and what exactly documents should he need to upload. No you can’t add this man AND his wife to your visa? You cannot add children to the visa and remove children without his wife’s consent. Awan Posted November 19, 2019 Author Share Posted November 19, 2019 Yes he is already married with three kids. It is permissible in our country to have upto four wives. We will complete requirements as per our country law. His first wife is not going to join us in Australia and with her consent he will include his kids.
