Phill199
Hi, I have been trying to get myself a 189 skilled visa but the points requirements are too high and I have gotten nowhere. I have started looking at getting a student visa, from research if I am studying for a masters there are no work restrictions? Another question is would it be possible to a part time masters course meaning I could work during the day. I will be moving with my wife and two kids so if I have to do a full time course she could work as normal without any restriction to support the family. Any advice that can be offered on this visa route would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Marisawright
You are right, with some postgraduate degrees there are no work restrictions. However what will you do at the end of that visa?
