Tom Cook Posted May 31, 2020 Share Posted May 31, 2020 it is very awful that since the application of the 188B business visa last Nov, I was diagnosed Bladder Cancer stage One 2 weeks ago and the survey just got in done last week. Your question is unclear - if you have already done the medical you are obliged to let Immigration know that your condition has changed If you haven’t done the medical yet you will have to declare the cancer diagnosis. Either way, you need to be discussing this with your agent or, if you aren’t dealing with an agent, find one who specialises in medical conditions because cancer is often a big barrier until you’ve been clear for 5 years. paulhand Posted June 1, 2020 Share Posted June 1, 2020 The health requirement is a ‘time of decision’ requirement, so will be based on the situation at the point they are prepared to grant the visa.
