annature
Hi guys, I am from Serbia (before Yugoslavia), and I am interested to move to Australia. I graduated from the Faculty of Law, but I am sure that I can not work with my diploma there. I looked for many stories, but I would like to read from someone who is in Australia, what is the best option to move there?
VERYSTORMY
A diploma in law would not get you any sort of visa. What is your occupation?

If you are under 30, your best approach is to apply for a Working Holiday Visa, which enables you to spend one or two years in Australia and gives you time to explore your options. Unfortunately, Serbia is not a WHV eligible country.

Tulip1
You cannot get a WHV from what Paul has said. It’s not sounding hopeful I’m afraid. What is your occupation?

Employers cannot offer you a job unless you can get a visa. You should consult a MARA registered migration agent to find out whether you can qualify for a visa.
