They have the mortgage and are first time buyers living in rented. They have had their eye on our house, and get this their landlord doesnt have a tennent when they leave! Double whammy! Claire you don't really mean that do you your poor OH will be having a right go at me in a minute!:biglaugh: Possible buyer (Carly), turned up at the back gate with her Mother and I had to let them in to have a look around as the EA was shut. The house was a tip. My daughters bedroom looked like a Tamanian Devil had gone through and forgot to take the dirty dishes with it!
