We'd be happy to meet up for a quick drink sometime closer to Xmas is you fancy it. Also theres a big group of expats who meet most Tuesdays in Gilhooleys bar, Albert Street, City. We have 2 kids Lewis 14 & Maddy 5, they love the city beach so count us in! The wife and I are in the same position as lots of people on here! we moved to Australia back in November and spent 3 months in Melbourne. We came to Brisbane and decided to stay here. we're renting in Connon Hill and life is great but finding it really hard meeting people.
